Larry Harbin
For over 40 years, Larry's technology practice has included patent litigation as well as licensing, counseling, and prosecution of patent and trademark applications relating to numerous technologies, including computer, biotechnology, and networking. Prior to Harbin & Hein, Larry was a partner at the Pillsbury Winthrop firm. Larry also has expertise in securing export licensing of secure communication and encryption equipment and other government-controlled technologies.
